I acknowledge that the use of these funds must be specifically and solely for the purpose of enhancing the neighborhood gathering, and for no other purpose. Funds may not be used to enhance church property or events, pay staff or volunteers, or provide equipment that benefits the church more than the neighborhood.

By signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand the risks involved in hosting a neighborhood gathering, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any potential harm, injury, or damage that may occur to myself or my property during my participation in the 1000 Neighborhood Gathering Initiative. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless COSILoveYou and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities, including but not limited to legal fees and expenses, arising out of my participation in the 1000 Neighborhood Gathering Initiative
